Add pips to closed Renko candle

I trade Renko charts, at the turn of the trend is where trouble begins.
Scenario: 15 pip candle , if down candle closed at 1.5906 the next candle "at first appears to be up" it would have to be 1.5906 + 8pips = 1.5914 for the EA to enter a up signal but as you can see there are several buy entries, blue arrows, that are even less then the Close[1].
If I could only enter if the present candle was at 1.5914 which didn't happen at this time.
