Stoploss that didn't get hit although price dropped below !?

Something very strange happened this morning in my acc. Yesterday night before I went to sleep, I saw 4 buy orders in profit, and mptm had succesfully locked about 7 euro on each GBPJPY, AUDJPY and GBPUSD with JS, EURJPY was also in profit, 10 pips locked. However when I looked at it this morning I found none of the 4 stoplosses were hit, although the price was already dropped below SL level, look at the picture, my locked profits of 7 euro are now around 3 euro and below SL, EURJPY is even gone negative:

How can this happen? They were hard stoplosses. Is it normal that brokers, or Empty4, i don't know, may refuse to execute our stoplosses or takeprofits? I don't see any error or alert either. Is it normal that we can't trust the execution of SL/TP on Empty4? Or is Bully Pepperstone a pathetic crim? Did anyone experienced something similar to this?

Anyway, these kind of things are so disapointing, i mean, how can we trade in these conditions? do we need to be 24h. bodyguarding our trades?

Anyway..

I believe in terms and conditions of most brokers, they say stop loss orders arn't set in stone, so should the price break down or up and your stop not get hit, its not their fault, when it clearly is.

Edit, I like how it changes the word br0ker to criminal, lol, classic.

It happens a lot, so you are not on your own. Some people even report themselves.
