My reason was yesterday's HL(H4 swing). Red line = yesterday's HL. The others blue lines = old S/R.

I'm not following GU so I don't know the bigger picture but my very quick take on it based just from your chart..

It looks like we're in a bear trap. Price could fall to like 1.35 and then rise.

But I could be wrong. Others here who are following GU might chime in.

1.35? Now it is 1.4220, are you sure that it is a trap?(700 pips movement). I believe GU will go to 1.4110 +- today.

Sorry I'm referring to the overall general direction. We could be in a larger bear trap.

It could go down to 1.41 and then rise to 1.45.

It could then fall to 1.38 or lower by May/June.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. Hopefully others who are following GU more closely will assist you.
