Often wondered how it is persons unconnected, in different places, linked only by the same interest arrive at the same points in thoughts/ ideas albeit from different angles at times.
This is a case in point, as made/ noted some alarmingly consistent behaviors sparked by the Once-A Day, Week and the interesting variations emerging thereon, with the aid of contributors such as Dudest, AnotherBrian, Radar comes readily to mind as well. No doubt with the care and facilitation from Sir Hopwood, as listed:

These are all highly fascinating and IMHO we are getting close to the rediscovery of the vein of gold, for those of us familiar with the Think And Grow Rich series. We have to ensure we are persistent, thereby avoiding the malady which overtook "Uncle & Derby" in that they abandoned their previously profitable gold mine, only to discover, after selling it, that the vein (of Gold) resumed just 3 feet or so, from where the stopped digging...Hit! (one should suffice
)
For me, these ideas (Once-A-.. D1, W1, MN) were convergence upon the break from the Monday candle and so I arrived here, indirectly, driven by the need to get to the latest MPTM, bearing Candlestick trailing option for profit protection. This was met, having seen an offering by Milanese today. I am of the opinion that with additional options to money and trade management, in any or all of these listed offerings, the Gold will resume, flowing where it has stooped.
Specifically, the idea of having the option to Specify how much to Risk in Dollars, per entry, offers one such door. The markets and their makers understand Pips (since, they print the candles
). Whereas, most, such as myself, understand are only fully conversant with Dollars (only.. almost
). How much am I loosing or stand to lose
?? That immediately sparks the risk management mode needed to keep the nuggets we have managed to capture thus far
.
It would be great to see the interest returned here
, coupled with the activity over on the other Once-A- Sometime threads (Above) and see if at least some of us can rediscover our shaft of Gold
.
