I'm always looking for confirmation through zooming out zooming in skipping from one-timed chart to the other , I'll also use my fibonacci, i try to build up as many reasons to take the bid as possible, I go on the blue wavy lines and the big arrows im also using the TMA Slope for more confirmation
i don't ever get into a bid without SL. TP
the market seems pretty slow compared to yesterday, but I'm not one for the long bids I like short sharp up and down trends, in and out £50 here £100 there on the m5 or m15, if I don't see an angle to bid there ill move to the h1 and h4 but i pretty much check every single currency pair for a trade, im not biased about popular currencies just whatever's going to make me money I'll do it.

I did lose yesterday 4 bids which total £166 so I created my own Excel spreadsheet i document my winner's losers and what currency.
my winners totaled 37 bids @ £1462
trying to be methodical as possible and build up a long-term picture, that's why I'm still going to trade in a demo account for another month, it'll be all too easy to say look I've just won all that money I'm opening a live account but really I'm not that stupid and once again I need confirmation that I can be consistent then its the time.
if I do blow my money then nothing ventured nothing gained.

good luck everyone
:D

The literature on HGI is voluminous. I'm looking for the "science" behind RADS.

Question :
How they are calculated and positioned on the chart.

I know this may be proprietary but if not can someone point me there ?

I am researching use of these synchronously with certain chart patterns for trade entry purposes and rather than just rely on an indicator that works without knowing why it works. I'd like to grow my education.

Thanks

This information is indeed proprietary. Nobody other than Bob is allowed to post any information about what lies under the bonnet - and I doubt he ever will. Versions of HGI would be being sold on Ebay within minutes of him doing so.

Don't try to be helpful here folks; any one who does will lose their SHF membership seconds after I delete their post. There are patches added to the forum code that detects banned members trying to re-register, so a ban is final.

Sorry Charles. I am not critcising you for making a perfectly natural request.

Steve

Perfectly understandable.

I guess I don't really need to know how internal combustion takes place just how to drive the car

Thanks

Concept of the rads is simple. Based on strength of the two currencies against each and the field, a calculation is made and a prediction is based on that calculation. To understand why we think a move is going to continue is similar to what I try to teach in my CSS thread. Instead of trying to interpret the lines on the chart yourself every day a math calculation is doing it instead. What it means when price dips is according to strength calculations price will continue its trend or at least reach its previous high/low. Of course it can't read a news story or sudden change in the market caused by politicians or political hacks but it does give you a reasonable guess the market will continue its move. Anyway, read the CSS thread to get an understanding of comparing strength of moves and how to compare one currency against the other. RADS attempt to do that for you.

Concept of the rads is simple.
 Simple it might be - powerful it definitely is.

I am correlating rads and chart patterns and using the combination to determine direction and entry levels.

The correlation of my choice of pattern and rads is exciting due to its mechanical nature (repetitive), simplicity and backtested reliability. These things triggered my question.

I alluded to this correlation in a very early post of mine on the HGI thread, back in the day, when I saw the potential that went on to become HGI and sixths - I will be revealing all when I am done with my current expanded study.

Thank you - your genius thinking behind HGI is much appreciated.
