Thanks Steve

Thanks for this great line of MD setups. Am looking at the note on editing the Trend Detection Code and wondering if anyone has also tried to edit the Trend Confirmation Code.
Have no experience of working with codes would like to try changing the trend confirmation
I would like to use an indicator that's used on Wavegarrck's setup, the Solar Wind Joy instead of Super Slope
You will not yet be able to do this for yourself. I will add the necessary code to the MACD version, then provide how-to notes for non coders wanting to add it to other members of the tribe. It will be simple to do.

Do a little homework in preparation. Go to viewtopic.php?p=516#p516 and download the, "How to edit a script code.zip" file, open it and follow the instructions. This will give you confidence in making your adaptations to other tribe members.

Read the effing manual, ok?

I still suffer from OCCD. Good thing, really.

I changed UseATRforTP/Sl to true. After this, chenged it back to default value.
used Nuclear Options to delete pending orders.
Deleted all global variables.
Removed MYSQLconnector.
Restarted Empty4.
Tried deleting .ex4 and compile
And they are back again.

That is because your settings allow them back again. Maybe you have your chart set up incorrectly. I do not know. Sorry I cannot help more.

You've already been very helpful with the content you provid non-stop. :good:

BTW, setting up a new instance of Empty4 seems to do the trick. For now. :D
