* Click Portfolio > Add Account link

Image

* Click the "Add Account" button

Image

* Click the "Try the new account addition wizard ... (beta)" link

Image

Now you may want to add Myfxbook widget to your forum signature.

After thinking about it for a few seconds, I realised this thread does not deserve to get lost in the mists of time, so I have made it a sticky.

Is there not a way so it does not appear in some of the posts. Personally, I would like it to show only in my posts under Automated Trading.

I am afraid not. Sig will follow your every post.

Alternatively, you can open a new thread, and post the widget there, so if anyone needs to know the results, he will have to visit that thread. You can share the thread link in your sig.

Thank you, Alpenkorps.

It is just that the signatures look rather out of place in the Bottom Line postings.

Below the post entry section is an options box. Unchecking "Attach a signature" will prevent the signature from being attached on a post by post basis.

It probably looks different depending on what theme you use. I use Supernova.

As a test, I have unchecked the option for this post.

Hi Alpenkorps. Only adding a reply here in the hope that doing so will bring this to the attention of others.

Setting up Myfxbook is not easy, so your thread here makes life easier for those who either have never, or have forgotten how (like me0, done so. Ok, I know that sentence is not quite correct in grammatical terms, but you guys know what I mean.

Cheers

Hi all,
a question about older posts and forum etiquette if i may;

posts that were made earlier in time and have now become irrelelevant, or i no longer see potential for the ea that was being tested.
Do we go back to the post and remove the widget by searching our own posts? :?:
i find i am changing ea's on demo accounts i previously used for older ea's.
what is good policy for this please?
regards
cuzgeorge

I suggest you forget about them, George. Everyone else does. Imagine how long it would take me to go back over all my threads here, at FF and at FXAW to delete all my out of date posts.

Besides, you never know when someone might come back with, "Actually George, I made ........ work because of your post at ......."
