All you are really doing here is apply ZigZag to a BB. A fiver says I have coded this sometime in the past but I would not be able to point you to it. I can say this: the bot was a failure as nobody is using it.
I am not saying that you will attract no attention at all here - it just doesn't look very likely that you will unless someone is cutting their EA-development teeth and will code absolutely anything as I was a few years ago.
To attract the attention of serious coders, you have to do as Pipcruiser did to me when he asked me to code Pipmasher - his was the manual trading method he had been using for several months with success.
Good luck finding someone to code this for you. To be honest, I do not think you will. The experienced coders here have been to the can-someone-code-an-ea-for-me-to-test-out-my-daft-idea-but-I-don't-want-to-pay-for-it shop too many times in the past to want to pay a repeat visit.

What Steve said. Anybody can throw a few indicators on the chart and say "somebody code this for me." No experienced coder will waste his time unless you demonstrate that the approach WORKS.
Demo-trade it by hand for a while, preferably on several pairs. If it doesn't work, you've saved yourself some embarrassment. If you like the results you see, then probably someone else will too.
