Sometimes they first of drop level 2 then push price up again and drop it back making it level3. the entire rise and drop inside that box is level 3. you will understand it better when you are good in level count. After counting level2 down you must always wait for level 3 ok. from that chart there is no level 3 so i waited for it.

Thats mean we don't expect always that levels makes a new LL/HH ?
DO you consider new level if the price close end of the day inside Asia range?

Through my observation i found consolidation period between each push tend to be relatively similar in size and level 3 often is the largest...

After the 3rd level they push another level down making it 4levels. it hapens like that when the 3level didn't hold.Normally its 3levels
