Hi InfiniteLoop,
Could You please explain how to identify areas where big money look for targets? You are very precise in targetting those. Have you been one of them? Or if we have to find them on our own where to look for them. Is it incorporated in the structure of forex market? Any hints?
Cheers,
Blazej

From my point of view on GBPUSD H1, it seem to be rocking downward the entire day.fiox » Mon Dec 07, 2015 10:00 am wrote:I'm watching EUR/CHF - GBP/USD for long, and USD/JPY - UDD/CAD for shortlet's see how proceeds

Hi Infinite , really appreciate the time taken to reply, Thanks. I agree I am not sold on fibs, pivots etc or anything static and that is why I am trying to understand and interpret volume in such a way that I can seperate and distinguish buying vol from selling vol. As then the ever changing dynamic levels can still be spotted. I am not freeloading and do not just ask for the the golden ticket but just some further pointers on how to recognise and separate the two. So for example if we take one large bullish 1 hour candle do you then analyse the tick chart for the contents of that candle and what the associated volumes looked like to make that 1 hour bar ? I think I understand your concept of your long term and short term views and by example just to confirm with an example. By whatever method you use you might have established a particular instrument is Accumulating sells on the weekly chart but the current price point is say 250 pips below the optimum weekly accumulation sell level, therefore the 4hr/daily could also at the very same time be in the process of accumulation of buy orders to take it up to their optimum weekly sell level.InfiniteLoop » Sun Dec 06, 2015 10:04 pm wrote:
I checked 2 of his videos, just to see general approach he uses.
My response to your question and the content of the videos is:
1. I don't use Tick Vol analysis. My method is based on volume-price analysis. It might not sound like a big difference, but it is. Let's not mix the two.
2. In one of his videos he pointed out an area where they acc. orders. Well he was only partially right, acc. is going on most of the time, it just depends on the size and on which scale. He doesn't understand the process, or he doesn't want to reveal that he does. All he does is look for volume diff. in certain area, which might sound good in theory, but it can be deceiving in practical use.
3. He said that he uses fib levels, supp. res., pivot,... I can tell you 100% that so called big money doesn't move in accordance with those lines. They do use levels at which they aim, but those levels are not public knowledge. Also the price doesn't stop right on target level, they adjust as they go.
I can also tell you that those levels change every day, so even if you knew yesterday's levels, they wouldn't work the next day. They are recalculated.
Just think about it, if you control a lot of capital, you can't just decide randomly what you gone do, you have to have an order or it won't work for long.
4. Acc. of orders is going on different scales (cycles), that's what I mean when I say shortterm or longterm acc. I look at shor term inside a day , and I also take into consideration last 2,3 days including current one.
Longterm is not really longterm, because I watch weekly acc., it's meant longer term than daily.
Shorter cycle has priority over longer one, and when acc on diff. scales come into confluence, than you have a big move (like EURUSD this week). If I simplify, that just means that they acc enough orders short term, that they can execute the big move. If they don't have enough orders, then they'll keep it in range (like GBPUSD and EURUSD on friday).
Important: Do not confuse x period cycle, with x period chart.
I don't know what you mean by toolbox.
I hope this answered most of your questions.
My reference to the "Toolbox" was just meaning being able to interpret the volume would add confluence to the 3 level rise/fall approach that CJ,Sympathy, Yourself, et al can see so easy. I have attached my weekly chart of EU with my interpretation of what has happened and what I anticipate will happen in a very broad manner. I welcome yours or indeed anyone elses view. Once again thanks to all

There are no areas, when I say lines I mean lines, it's just that they can't stop price exactly on the line and they don't really want to, because it would be noticeable.blazej » Mon Dec 07, 2015 10:16 am wrote:Hi InfiniteLoop,

Also they are the only one who know at which line they aim, knowing lines still isn't enough to base trades on.
I am not one of them, everything I know and use is my own work, but based on some of other people work.
All I will say on the market is this:
It may seem highly random, but in reality is highly structured. Price moves with a purpose.

1. Please don't write everything in one block, it's hard to read.
2. Static is a relative term, it depends on the period of time. Something that looks static inside a day, won't look static on a larger scale. Static also doesn't mean it does not changes from time to time.
3. Again, I do not look at volume, I was very specific about that.
4. As far as I know, there's no optimum level of acc.
5. Again, x period chart does not mean x period cycle. It would make no sense to look at what's hapening inside a week on a weekly chart.
You need to stop thinking like you were thought through most of your life, go outside of the box.
