I was looking at the USDCAD chart for H1. I noticed a pullback happening. Would this be a level 1 completing? Looks like a bullish flag forming. Thinking about entering if price can retrace down a bit more for a better entry near its recent lows

It's a possible LVL1 on m15 too, give a look at H4 and D1 we are on respectively lvl2\lvl1 push down.. only another point of view.
