After doing some trade reviews Steve's trend arrow to trend arrow trade idea seems more logical in EA mode. So I will not be trading the yellow wave exits this week. I noticed I missed a bunch of good moves from yellow wave exits prior to the pair dumping tons of pips on a following blue wave which I wasn't set up to trade.

I will also be testing CSS in conjunction with the 8 pairs I trade on a separate terminal.

PS. I have dreamed of a new EA that brings all this together

I feel it's all here and just a matter of figuring out the most reliable combination of settings to make it consistent.

I coded the EA in post 1 in accordance with DC's spec. Any of you guys want something different, piss off and ask for it elsewhere. Best if it is somewhere I do not notice - try another forum.

I have high hopes for this MTF stack, I can't believe we haven't done this sooner. I am running an H1/5Minute test this week. I started last week and it looks as though positions are closing sporadically but maybe theres something wrong on my end. I will keep watching this week and report back later if I spot anything funky.

I have a question about behavior of "close on oppose signal"

Attached chart shows :
- M15 first trade triggered by big Green arrow ( HGI HTF/FirstTradeTimeFrame )
- This trade close by M5 big Red arrow ( HGI stacking TF)

It seems this behavior is different from post 1 and Visual Ruleshttp://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... 44#p141514

Close out everything when an opposite direction HGI appears on the FirstTradeTimeFrame - plus the option to close following a yellow wave.

How can I close FirstTradeTimeFrame(HTF HGI) oppose signal ?

I believe line 2413 "open trades ==0" keeps this from happening on FirstTimeFrame but Steve is the expert on it.

It would also appear to prohibit stacking on FirstTrimeFrame
