As you use always very small distances for SL and/or TP I have changed in the attached version the security code to accept a min distance of 1pip+spread, try this one it should work better for your use..

I'm trying to find a trade manager that is capable of managing baskets of SAME-PAIR trades. For example, if I'm trading with an EA and i have 10 Long EURCAD and 8 Short EURCAD, I'd like a trade manager that treats the whole EURCAD basket as "the position" and acts accordingly as instructed (basket TP/SL, etc) but independently of what's going on in other pairs.

Do you know of any EA that is capable of doing this?

What I'm trying to avoid is having to install 20 trade managers (one per pair, or magic number) in one Empty4

APTM is able to manage only the symbol it is attached too for the basket functions, but if you will use this function on more than one pair you have to attach it moretimes..
I think I understood what you want , aTM that can manage for each individual pair baskets, but must only one time be attached..
This sound interesting and could be coded, I don't think it is already disponible, and I have at the moment to much coding requests in pipeline, for adding this, but it sounds interesting and maybe when I will find in future more time I will add this to the APTM or code a new TM for this..

Hi,

I was using the SL by MA as the only way to set and manipulate SL, so no initial SL set by any other means.

I found that it did not set any SL at all on sell trades and my investigation shows that it is because the setting of SL by MA is depending on that there is a SL from the beginning, for sell trades that is.

My humble fix is to change line 1968 to:

      if(NormalizeDouble(NewStop,Xdigits)>=NormalizeDouble((OrderStopLoss()-(5/factor)),Xdigits) && NormalizeDouble(OrderStopLoss(), Digits) != 0 ) modify=false;

i.e. adding the check if SL exist.

Your fix will not work as you have to use Xdigits and not Digits, and you have not understood right the function re-read first post and the special post in re. to this subject..
