BALUDA'S SUPER CSS-2.0. THE SIMPLEST TRADING SYSTEM EVER

Post by nanningbob »

USE ON ANY INDIVIDUAL CURRENCY PAIR.
Super_CSS_chart_info.png
DEDICATED TO PAUL (BALUDA)--A VERY UNSELFISH UNASSUMING PERSON
I HAVE LOVED WORKING WITH OVER THE YEARS.

A special thank you to Gary, gprince, for cleaning up the code and adding several major upgrade changes to the code.
Ok this is my simplest trading system I have ever created using Baluda's CSS and playing with the numbers.
:!!: :yahoo:   :cheer: :cheer:   :yahoo: :!!:

RULE #1: Use at candle close. The reason is the indicator can get stuck in price action during a candle and cross and uncross and drive you crazy. Maybe get that fixed later. However, for 4H traders you can go and trade every 4H hours. Daily traders once a day. 15M every 15M check your charts and so on.

EXCEPTION: you are news trading and a strong news story hits you can take the cross because its not going to re-cross. Also the USA session starts 30 minutes after the hour and after a candle open so you may wait for the cross then. Many Euro news stories are 2 hours into the EURO session. Some USA stories are two hours into the session or in the afternoon like interest rate hikes.

RULE#2: Has been fixed. Just follow the buy/sell signals. So if it says GBP/CHF cross down you sell the GBP/CHF. If it says GBP/CHF cross up you buy the GBP/CHF

RULE #3: There are 2 closing points of every trade. This is both your TP and SL points.

OK Test this out. Gary Combined regular CSS, with Super CSS, and Baluda's Slope into one indi. There are statements inside the code so you can change it back on forth. Regular CSS was upgraded and several corrections were made. Super CSS codes are now available to all. Basically changed iMA to 7 from 21, ATR from 100 to 50, and changed the T/F statements for individual currencies. There is a lot to play with so good luck. I will try to update info on this first page as time permits. My new vacation is up and I'm back to work. Anyway have fun. I will leave the old pic up and post the new pic. The rules have not changed. Also included is the numbers from different TF so you can adjust those also.

1. If you buy GBP/CHF because it says GBP has crossed up you can profit at anytime you like but you can stay in until it says GBP/CHF crosses down. YOU DO NOT WAIT FOR CANDLE CLOSE TO CLOSE TRADES. or if you sell GBP/CHF because it said GBP/CHF crosses down you close the sell when it says GBP/CHF crosses up.

2. The move is strong and goes above the 2.0 line. It will say GBP/CHF crosses up the 2.0 line. You stay in the trade until it says GBP/CHF crosses down 2.0 line. YOU DO NOT WAIT FOR CANDLE CLOSE TO CLOSE TRADES.

THAT IS IT. THE SIMPLEST TRADING SYSTEM EVER.
HAVE FUN TESTING IT AND POST RESULTS AND TF YOU USE IT ON.

Read the effing manual, ok?

Afterprime is the official SHF broker. Read about them at https://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=175790#p175790.

I still suffer from OCCD. Good thing, really.

Anyone here feeling generous? My paypal account is always in the market for a tiny donation. [email protected] is the account.

Hi Bob,

I dont know if I will ever make money with this. Maybe with a future EA based on it because I am a person completely relying on algorithms. Your personal attitude is so admirable that I made a spontaneous donation to the project. Hope others will follow. Thank you for everything.

Possible dumb question. Please delete if stupid.

Can I invoke this indicator using iCustom call to use the readings in an EA? I tried reading the buffers, but seems those are not populated. Thanks.

This indi is open source so the code is available to all. I will post a complete indi with source code if it tests out. Just trying to keep EAs at bay until the system proves itself.

Bob, If I may

IMHO, EAs could help rapidly prototype the usability of the indi and the system + uncover application styles not considered before.

Point to ponder... :)
