Live and learn :) this is why we demo until we know we have something that works. GBPNZD is -.34 plus the pivots aren't in order. I suggest to leave it until the pivots get back in order and we go stronger than -.4

Hi Jem,

Yes totally agree, so now on my chart we have the TMA slope MTF, I am finding this more helpful than the css-sp.

Also manually setting some ADR targets for TP, thanks for your inspiration.

Hi all

I am rather pleased with 10.2 based strategy that I am using with some success on H4 charts so I would like to share it.

Any pair that is <.4 or >.4 is a potential trade. Using the H4 only, for longs while the price is above the 5.1 ma (blue), I do nothing, hopefully I am in a long trade already. Whenever price has retraced and closed below the ma I set a buy with the EA for a cross of that ma going long. Any retraces that do not reach the ma keep me in the trade, I will add on any change from .4 to .8 and again from .8 to 1.0.

Opposite for shorts.

Move stops to safe places as I go, checking charts every 4 hours or so. Still on demo but I am going to use it with minimal risk on live next week.

My charts only have weekly pivots and the moving average, and I have Baluda slope strength on a chart as my reference for potential trades.

I'll let you know if the strategy has long term profit potential

Other than not worrying about the D/W/M pivot order, isn't this about the same as 10.2A? At least the entry?

Great Larry. Sometimes take a sneak peek at D1 also good to spot some major retracements. 8-)
If your strategy is working well, dont be GREEDY and change it!

If you are referring to my post.

Yes it is, I had to simplify the trading for myself as my brain freezes as soon as I have more than 2 inputs to process!

Basket on, the usual suspects - slopes greater or less than .6
