My basket is still open and hovering around breakeven. When I put a trade in I like to 'set and forget' it so I let it run for a full TP or full SL these days. We'll see if it rebounds from here.

Well being in the US, I've missed all the excitement. All you're baskets triggered while I was in slumberland and now they've retraced.

Maybe I can get in on the next setup. I've got the following watchlist:

Told you so " I don't like Mondays " but basket still open, added 2 recovery trades and see how it develops .

Just had a closer look and discovered that I missed my breakeven setting with 4.6 pip it's really a Monday.

Been a tough one for me too, Hans. On Friday I had +400 pips and gave it all back to a Euro rip at about the same time it happened today. I got out with +90 today, but, put another basket on after what looked like the end of the retrace and am now looking at -250. I need to set up the trade manager and set trailing stops, can't monitor it every minute.

. . . pairs selected on the way they retrace and position of the ma 5 which make more sense then a daily pivot IMHO.

hans, I discussed this in assuming that if you (and others) want trade from H1 is because you want a better timing (Jemook words in post 1: Timing is absolutely essential with this . . . ) in this case, may be you want to have this mtf MA in your H1 charts.
I've been playing with it and it seems promising to give a little more information about retracements in Jemook style.

I guess we have good baskets in Asia / London but then NY ruins it all. I think we need session or time based closure in MPTM (I use this one by Steve) in addtion to pip based and dollar based so we are able to open and close baskets accordingly.
