Seeing quite a few error (130) invalid stops in the logs for this. Searching the forum I see that the general fix for this involves CriminalECN which isn't a setting for SB. What else should I be tweaking (I assume that the requested stop is too close to the market for my crim (Cowboy IBFX))?

So the White Box pips setting, for now I would say from what I have seen the default is about right on. What seems right differs some between pairs but 10 is pretty good and should not make or break White Box with slope.

I have been using TB LIVE with great success for over a year (using Shelley’s set file). I also have great success with EAs (or manual system) using the slope. And now we have a Slopey Beast ? That’s it ! I quit my day job !

I am planning to demo The Beast on Cowboy IBFX, using the attached fxozgirl's set. Obviously, Cowboy IBFX does not allow Hedging trades. So should I set "DoWhiteBoxTrading" to "true" or "false"? You recommend "UseZeljko" is set to "true". What are "UseZeljko" and "DoWhiteBoxTrading", anyway?

Zeljko is a nice little filter

It is there to reduce risk, which is an important attribute for a bot to possess.

In the US, no you can not use hedging so just turn hedging to false. Every where else in the world regulators allow it. You will want to keep the white box on because it looks heaven sent. Than the best thing to do is to watch it trade on a Demo until you get the gist of what is happening while referencing the PDF. If you want to see all that speeded up put it in the tester and run it in visual mode.

Do you mean I should turn hedging to false, with the Cowboy IBFX platform, but I could still do WhiteBox trading? Please clarify. In the US, there aren't many broker choices unfortunately when it comes to hedging.

G'day Athravan & Armen, thanks for your interest.

The version I am using was downloaded last Sunday from P1 and loaded onto the currency pairs listed there. The results you see are on the D1 'cause I was 1/2 asleep at the time. The EA is managing all trades. It picked up another $3.71 on the 18th, but nothing so far today.

I would have written, "Not much use posting a user guide if nobody can be bothered to read it" except that over 500 others have. Care to join them? I am tolerably sure that post 1 mentioned it, if you bothered to read post 1 properly. Please correct me if I am wrong.
