As a new trader, is it worth using MT5 or would you advise to stay with Empty4?

You're better off staying with 2 cans and a piece of string.
No, wait, that's telstra
Stick with Empty4, as there's much more support for it... Just look around here and you'll always find good EA's and support:)

I tried it, but didn't really like it...
