Note that I coded it today and it is impossible to use Crapergy Tester to test the code. There are probably a few bugs. Please report them as you find them.
Most of the inputs are obvious or already well known. Of the others:
- - PivotCrossTimeFrame: the time frame to use to detect a cross of the daily pivot.
- EveryTickMode: allows the user to trade as soon as the market crosses the DP, without waiting for the candle to close on the required side.
- EnforceTripleAlignment: when the Weekly Pivot is > Monthly Pivot, the ea is looking to buy the cross from below of the DP. When the WP < the MP, the ea is looking to sell the cross from above of the DP. EnforceTripleAlignment forces the ea to wait until all three pivots line up i.e. buy when DP > WP > MP and vice versa for a sell.
- - there are the standard stop loss and take profit inputs.
- users can also choose one of the pivots as a stop. PivotCrossPips is a buffer. The stop loss is set this far away from the relevant pivot, to avoid the scenario where the market briefly touches or only just crosses the pivot, then moves back in the direction of the trend.
- users can opt for Fractals to set their sl and tp. FractalsTimeFrame controls the time frame used to calculate the fractal. Be aware that the default of zero turns fractals off, rather than meaning the normal 'current time frame'.
