I have seen a setting in several EA's asking about being a ECN Criminal.
What does this mean? How do I know if I need to be True of False for my broker?

no ecn: it is possible to set tp/sl on ordersend
ecn: first the order is send, and in the 2. step tp/sl can be set
so, if you are not sure, try it or set to ecn = true ...

Just right click any chart and click on trading, new order - if it is "ECN" you will not be able to enter a stop loss or take profit value at this point - only after the trade has been placed.
