all these markets require the existence of of a market maker to provide liquidity, i suppose with the exception of some futures markets that can be limit down or up i.e. trading is suspended until the next day sometimes it happens with cash equity markets but this is quite rare.

bottom line is that where there is a dealer or market maker you will see the types of games that we see daily being played stop hunts, W, M and of course the levels maybe not always 3 depending on what size of positions the dealer has trapped on their books.

suggest you look for signs of the fox to determine whether or not there will be another level.

Sir, in the last post on the NF trade (NzdchF), am i right in assuming that the lower most trade was the first in the sequence of three and then the middle one? And it was all market order trade, no pendings?

Gradually getting better at reading the Fox' trail. The more i comprehend, the simpler it becomes.
