Hello everyone, I'm trying to figure out how to use the CSS 4H/1D and from what I understand the 4H reflects the daily trend and then take into account 00.00 and 24.00.
confirmed to me that in the same span of time and space the graphic D1 is considered as weekly?
This is because looking nzd / usd chart I see that the css would give me five weeks ago a downward trend of the nzd / usd, including this week, something that has not happened.
nzd usd below 0 and above 0. D1 TF
I explained what I did not understand please let
use the TPL 10.4 / 10.5 info

i have tco_trader running, on a demo a/c, with your settings on audjpy and cadjpy charts for about 10 hrs. now. it hasn't fired a single trade in all this time on either of the pairs though visually i can see trades should have been taken.

when the ea was attached to the 1st chart, it closed all open trades as the losses added up to over 2% but, after that it has been totally quiet.

what might be wrong?

H Pgd. First of all the set file is set to "close all trades after 2% loss". So if your overall dd was more than 2% of your equity then those trades would have closed automatically. If you had other trades open in more than 2% loss before you attached the ea to the chart the trades would have closed automatically with you attaching the ea. If your draw down was running concurrently the ea would not have opened more trades and also check your margin safety check. Best is to play around with the settings

Hi Cono,

The part of the chart you have highlighted on the lower CSS is actually back around the end of May (22nd-28th), when the NZDUSD was dropping heavily... to see the correct dates, flip to a D1 chart & then the horizontal time axis will be correct for the lower CSS...

When you are viewing a H4 chart, the time axis is correct for the top CSS i.e. the H4 CSS.

So flip timeframes between H4(top css) & D1(bottom css) to see the correct axis date & times

great results continue i see... good stuff. i see your settings are working well for others as well. i tried to overburn the £1000 demo account with 5% equity risk as opposed to the default 0.25% and paid the price with an account wipeout today - have reloaded with defaul settings lets see what happens

Yeah, that is pretty normal, I was in draw down at end of Asian session with these new trades but now turned around, patience grasshopper

And who thought the AUD/USD was such a good BUY early today? NB 10.6 using Stochastic did, that's who!

And it was on the PIVOT as well, hope you got some action there

Hi guys. If you look at the GBPNZD chart I've posted belov, you'll realize that TCO opened a new trade whenever I closed the current one as the market kept going against me. The stoch was still pinned above 95 that's the reason.

So this is what I did with TCO. I added it to my charts but then I have to confirm every trade it wants to take. In the EAs common properties under live trading I ticked Live Trading and Ask Manual Confirmation.

Every time there's a trade setup I will get an alert and confirm whether it's a valid 10.6 trade. As I was typing this I've received two buy alerts... NZDCAD and NZDUSD. Whether I take them, that's up to me. I wish everyone a GREEN day!
