Bob and Shelley Again

Setting up my H1 demo now.

Using Bob's usual H4 trend detection moving averages.

In the code, Andy's stacking moving averages are enforced at H4. We may need this changing to a user input; let's suck it and see.

Everything else set to the H1.

Anyone else trying this, remember that Bob's moving averages periods in post 1 the template need to be adjusted to 240/960 on the H1 chart.

Anyone here with no idea what I am talking about, ignore this and go with the info in post 1.

Well BASA went on a trading fest last night on my live account...7 open trades, 4 currently in profit, 3 in drawdown. 2 of the trades in profit have moved to BE+2

Blistering performance by BASA on the live accounts today, following the US news release - lots of pips in the bank and breakeven's locked in.

2f on the demo coped seamlessly with part-close, breakeven and a stack trade, so I have put it onto my live accounts. As part of the process, I looked at the stack trailing stop function and noticed a mistake. This is fixed in 2g in post 1.

Those of you running 2f on demo and able to make the change for yourselves go to Scite line 2689:
if (Bid - LinePrice > (StackTrailingStop * OpenTrades) / factor)

and replace it with
if (Bid - LinePrice > (StackTrailingStop / factor) )

then F5 to recompile.

BASA is now officially the best bot I have written. The combination of Bob, Shelly, other contributors who have chipped in with great ideas and those expert pro-programmers who have made my code so accurate and safe to use have combined to make something that appears unstoppable.

Hold on before downloading the latest, guys. The stack basket trailing stop function is still not quite right - the trail moves up and down with the market, and so is always StackTrailingStop pips from the market.

Fix coming in a few minutes - going to the shop first.

Yes - good job guys. We definitely managed to get on the right side of that NFP news - long may that continue.

I am sure it would have been even better if I weren't testing on an old battered account with a broker that likes requotes even on demo!!

Anyway - Steve - I get the error below every now and then. I can't see a reason for it and it seems unlikely that this is a cr@p broker issue? Is it just me? In which case ignore.....
