Hello SpiderX and Alorente

You guys are just brilliant. Juniors like me want to thank you guys for the immaculate indis and your contributions in designing such simple but effective weapons.

Hi,

Dashboard 1.07 is actually somewhat ready in my comp and should be ready to upload it later (about 12 hours later from this post )
Alerts have been coded in (..hopefully correctly).
This version would be a generic version that can be customized to personal preferences (colour scheme etc) and would be able to replace both existing v1.06 and alorente custom.

Hi guys, I've downloaded the 10.7 update from the first page, installed the templates, the indicators and scripts. However when i load the template no indicator shows. The indi's and scripts show in the Empty4 folders but yet are not showing in the Custom Indicators or Scripts when I open Empty4.
Can anyone advise whatever could be the problem please? I've tried in two Empty4 platforms but same thing in both.

I was looking forward to trying this thingy out!

Hi Cherry

Open up Mql4 and paste your indicators in the indicator subfolder and scrips in the script subfolder

Thanks... but that is where i thought I pasted them... where i always put indi's in the indicator folder... Program Files (x86) > Empty4 > Experts > Indicators and then Experts > Scripts. Is there somewhere else these need to go that I'm not aware of? They show in there but not when i open the trading platform?! They should be under Custom Indicators and Scripts but they're not.
I've never had this happen before with all the indicators i've tried over the last few years!!

They are located in a different place with the new (> build 600) versions of Empty4. Do the following and you will know they are in the correct place:

Start Empty4
Go to File --> Open Data Folder
Open the MQL4 folder
Paste your indicators/scripts/experts etc in the correctly labelled folder(s) - NOTE - indicators now have their own folder in MQL4 - i.e. they are not in Experts\Indicators
Restart Empty4 and all should be fine.

You must not open "EXPERTS" under Empty4 you must open " MQL 4" and paste the indicators under the indicator sub folder and scripts under the script folder.

Same difference you can use Dave's method to go into the data folder through your Empty4 platform or my method by going into windows explorer and then into your Empty4 Mql4 folder.

As long as you got it in the end
