set TP automatically on order entry?

When entering orders through the right-click menu on the chart, the TP and SL are left zero. Is there an Empty4 setting for 'default TP/SL' or anything like that? Would I need an EA, an MQL4 script?

you can use MPTM for this http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... ?f=21&t=64 or too the allpairtrademanager http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... =21&t=3482 , or set the TP/SL manually after your position is opened.
