Avoid Empty4 Crashes !!!!!

In light of the new version of Empty4, could one of the resident computer / Empty4 gurus review the steps outlined in Post 1 and please update as required?

Or if there is another valid thread on this topic, please direct me there.

I use this since many years to keep my PC running lean: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
It is fully configurable, and has a nice function that allows you to specify what to clean, and/or what to exclude.(under Options->Include) I use the free version, as well as their Defraggler .

But how to avoid ..... I have found a great protocol that works and wanted to share so others don't suffer the continuous loop of task manager end task yes yes no I don't want to send a report reopen pray .... wait and bloody thing has frozen again try again reboot.


Hi New here thank you for sharing this info i wonder if it would work for renko charts as well deleting those files. Another thing i just found on the internet is this...i just dont understand exactly how it works but i thought you will be interested in it let me know what you think and if you are also running 100 or more platforms at the same time hehe cheers.

I downloaded a free utility from 4xsignal.com , which restarts Empty4 platform ( upto 5 ) in different timings. There is also an option not to restart during weekends.

This will also ensure platform is up & running and thus prevents all Memory issues.

The attached clearMt4logs.bat.txt is updated for build 988
It wont clean /history/(accountname)/*.hst

Rename clearMt4logs.bat.txt to clearMt4logs.bat
