Hello guys. I would like to trade that methodology as well but sometime I am not really sure about the right levels. Does anybody know which rules the software uses to draw the lines ? Thanks in advance, Francesco |

most of the software based Supply and demand indicators use variations of the fractals indicator to determine S/R areas. |

I use supply & demand areas, along with daily, weekly and monthly pivot points, psychological areas and harmonics. The chart looks like a clusterphuck, but it gets the job done. |

Most create fractals, but a fractal can be created differently making one indicator +/- than others. A standard Fractal would compare 3 price points, looking for a High and lower highs on Both sides of the High point. Now a custom indicator for Supply and demand can use more candles for a better accuracy as you can see Many Levels of Supply and Demand are drawn with these basic Fractal Type S.D indicators. |
