This is a very nice arrangement. It is also big responsibility, and lot of work, for Shelly and Tommaso. And although I do not wish to add to the work load, the following will have to be considered at some stage:

There are a number of countries where the Forum has loyal following, but no PayPal facilities. Small occasional donations made may be sent to someone in a PayPal country for onward transmittal, but more regular payments, or a substantial amount, may simply raise red flags for the tax people.
