There's an input in the EA's, "IsGlobalPrimeOrECNCriminal" which controls that... It's there because of how the brokers handle order open requests...

Some brokers are ECN/STP brokers, that is, your order goes straight to market... When an order goes straight to market, it cannot have a stoploss or takeprofit, as they are different types of orders, which have to be sent after the the original order has been sent and confirmed, and you have a ticket number.

This isn't limited to the new builds, it has been common for quite a few years now.

I'd like to know if this EA could be tested now or it is still in debugging mode ?
Do you have any feedback about its actual performance ?
Also , Wanted to know if you should attach it to each pauir chart you'd like to trade ?

This problem appear when we have lot of graph with instrument with different lot (CFD and Forex)

I add to the error message -> Symbo() + OrderSymbol() and can see that Best BOB from EURGBP graph (min lot = 0.01) try to Close a trade from DE30 symbol (min lot = 1)

I have modified the code in adding an "OrderSelect"

  {
   while(IsTradeContextBusy()) Sleep(100);
   bool orderselect=OrderSelect(ticket,SELECT_BY_TICKET,MODE_TRADES);
   RefreshRates();
and this EURGBP trade was closed correctly

so I suppose you will need to update all function with "ticket" parameters to ensure a good position of the trade pointer

V1a with the fix is in post 1. I amended it slightly to:

Those of you using my/Tomasso's various shells to create your own ea's need to make changes for yourselves in the shells you have downloaded.

I am new to this group so expect my questions/observations are pretty naive and expecting a bagging :) .

Anyway I have the lastest version of 'Best Bob V1a' running OOTB on the 12 pairs used in the CSS 12 pair system. One change I did make was to turn the 'IsGlobalPrimeorECNCriminal' to 'true' as I have it on ICMarkets ECN demo.

I have noted that I get 'ROGUE TRADING ACTIVITY' on a few pairs and the EA is suspended.

This is due to a series of 'Yellow flips' generating buy/sell trades every 4 to 5 mins.

Is it possible to filter this out....I am thinking of just using the RED and Stoch7 to generate trades

No idea what has caused this behaviour. It is hard to delve into it until it is replicated on my platform - and it is not replicating for the time being. When replication happens it will grab my attention and force me to do something about it. Until then, I am a tad helpless because I have no clue what is happening.

you can set 3 params : MinMinutesBetweenTrades to avoid this special condition !

With MinMinutesBetweenTrades set to the default '0' I have trades every few seconds.

I then increased 'MinMinutesBetweenTrades' to 1 and the trades were occurring every minute.

It is happening on most pairs
