Hyperactive Order Modifications - how to test?

This can easily be fixed - EA's that sends OrderModify requests every tick - assuming we have the mq4-source code.

There can be two reasons for this. Either the EA tries to modify SL and/or TP every tick, or it's stuck in a loop because the SL and/or TP could not be modified, and itr continues to try to modify til the values have been changed.

The solution is...

For EA's that tries to modify SL/TP every tick must first confirm that the current SL/TP is not the same as the newly calculated SL/TP, and also should not be allowed to change those values unless the price has moved AT LEAST 1 pip (10 points).

For EA's that are stucked in a loop, the solution is to insert a pause command (= Sleep ( ms ); ) which is a MQL4 command to wait as many milliseconds before attempting a retry. Also the number of attempts must be restricted, and the delay in milliseconds should for each attempt increase.
