V 1b is in post 1. I found out why Goosey's code for stopping late entry into a move was not working, and have fixed it. To make the changes yourselves, this line of code needs removing twice: JustChanged = true; Delete it first at line 1944 then scroll back up and delete line 1927.  |

V 1c is in post 1. This includes overbought/sold inputs for the Stochastic element in DSS Bressert. See how low the red dot was when G took this trade: What happened next? Goosey closed the trade as expected, as the dots turned blue and started to rise. Well-behaved creature, is Goosey. There is a section in post 1 that tells you how to disable this filter. It might turn out to be unnecessary; if so, I will remove it. Watch the default settings from now on folks. I am developing the code and demoing at the same time, so the defaults represent my choice of inputs. |

I cannot recommend that you guys spend a day trading manually too highly, if you have not already done so. It will give you considerable hope that manual trading will succeed even if the EA fails. Do try it out. Just take the trades signalled when you are able to monitor your trades. It is a lot of fun. |

Hmmmmmmm. Slightly scary to note that nobody appears to have noted the potentially disastrous typo (now corrected) in one of my posts just a few posts ago. I see that nobody is bothering to read properly anything I write, as usual. No change there. Granted, I am only the forum owner, so no reason to take any notice of anything I post. I mean, why would anybody bother to read a post by the forum owner. Daft idea. Ok, so said forum owner is also coding the ea featured here. Who cares? Listen up cretins. V 1d is in post 1. I have added options to send pending trades when DSS is overbought/sold. Also added the option to move the stop loss rather than close the trade if DSS changes colour. Full details in the DSS Bressert section of post 1. Sing out if there is anything you cannot translate JF - I am sure one of the fluent French/English speakers here will oblige. |
