Hi,

a friend has sent me the results of his live account with the Kiss v3 EA.

His account has doubled in less than three months but I do not like the DD that is caused mainly by the CHF pairs.

My intention here is warning you about overtrading your account or trading the CHF pairs.

Hi,

Thank you for this new thread. I am glad that we could ask basic questions here.

I am trying to use Jose's EA's for some time in the demo accounts. Duck series work without problem. But the Kiss unfortunately could not open any single trade. In Empty4 at experts tab I see there are error messages like;

2015.12.07 13:00:57.487 FOREX KISS v3a RELOADED expiration 31.12.2015 AUDUSD,H1: Error opening BUY order for AUDJPY at 90.152: 147

I think this is mainly a problem with borker or Empty4, I ask the broker about this problem, they say there should be no problem with any EA if it is ok itself.

Anybody have an idea? What should I search or ask for to the broker?
I seriously want to use the kiss series since I could not stay on computer all the time.

The error 147 (ERR_TRADE_EXPIRATION_DENIED) appears because your broker asks for pending orders a expiration..

These were only a few examples but there are enough EAs in this forum that can manage your trades in almost every way you would like.

Hi can either the sAPBM or the APTM do both in terms of setting a stop loss of 200 and say a Basket Take Profit of 1%? Or do you have to use both? Would it be just a case of adjusting one setting for each change or would there be any knock on affect on any of the other settings which would also have to be adjusted?

Yes it can, there are some inputs to set the Basket Stop Loss or Take Profit in APTM (BasketSL and BasketTP), but you'll have to set those parameters in account currency rather than in percentage.

Hi,

I am trying to follow all JL is posting and use them on the demo accounts.
For 2 weeks forex duck is live, it makes good money but DD is 2 times the actual profit. I'll try to melt them down manually.

Unfortunately I can not use Final Kiss and Multisystem. They both give 147 errors. I use 2 brokers, 2 of them the same. I talked to them and they said giving expiry time is not allowed. Even when I try to open a pending order manually I can not give expiry time. That's a weird policy of the broker

Do you think is there any way to solve this in the code, or should I write this to the jlcgarcia's licensed EA thread?

You should change the broker! Try GlobalPrime, a really great broker, with no strange tricks..
