Hi Crypto Regarding insurance denials - you might want to check Reddit section here (that is assuming you did not actually speak to the proper lawyer already) https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/ It can be a shitshow sometimes, and it's by no means a guaranteed legal expert opinion, but it is American-centric, and I am sure there had been a ton of other people who had a similar problem as yourself, after the Texas floods. Perhaps you can get some valuable insight on the situation from there. Regards |
