Hello,

like every post I want to encourage you to watch out for things. CJ has mentioned this in few posts as a little hint. I'm sad that I was to late to visit his own homepage for further informations.

I want to show you two charts of the same pair. One normal Chart (Is there a special name?) and one TickChart.

Normal (15M):

Both AUDUSD. It's interesting how different patterns have formed, bot all of them are familiar to me.

Like always, I'm not that experienced in trading this way, and take this with a grain of salt. If someone has additional ideas, and information's to share, you're welcome.

I want to encourage you to read the thread of CJ over and over. Most of the people don't know that there is much more to know as you see at first glance. He's not telling you one strategy or one system. He's telling you a way how to see the chart in a different way. You should see it as a toolbox to create your own system. That said... I will answer this question in different ways, because everyone has his own approach.

Dudest would say that it is a matter of symmetry, Fib-Level and the bigger picture. Symmetry because the a and the c are overall in the price range and have a similar ranging in between. Fib level cause a and c touching 61,8 til 73,6. The bigger picture means counting Level/pushes and only trading at the top or at the bottom.

Search for his posts at the original thread. Much to learn...

That said, the key elements are for me the picture of the pattern, CJ would call it the face. At some point, if you traded the way like CJ did, you start to see patterns that look familiar. If you look at tick charts, they are way more accurate ( little hint ;) ).

A little example. Look how the price moves, a bit curved. Look at the wicks! This tiny little wicks, which are looking like they are not there.



Another face of the abc:



Look at this big bars, which look like little "random news spikes". See how a and c rejecting at the same price.

Sure, random chart posts. Nothing new to telegram groups ;) BUT! Here is how to enter this abc's, remember I'm not the master!

-Count the levels in m15, h1, h4
-Only enter at c if you are not confident in your level count, like me :?
-Wait till the price rejects and forms complete the pattern and then enter, place the sl a bit below/above c
-Look at this god damn wicks to be sure
-c should be symmetric to a

This rules should be provide the highest amount of success and a good R:R

Special moves:

Remember my invention, the gap-abc where we see a big spike which forms the b.
CJ has a special abc pattern too, look at his original thread. It looks like a butterfly :)

I wrote a plenty amount of text. My idea was to post my ideas how to enter like sympathy but this will be posted in the future.

Makes me happy! I hope that somebody can make it for me clear how to count these damn levels. Sometimes they're very clear to me, but in another pair I'm completely lost.

Monday morning I saw three GBP pairs with a gap-abc. GBPAUD, GBPJPY and GBPCAD.

All three of them had formed the c in the gap between the weeks. This if one of my most successful patterns which I'm very confident. But I'm honest, the bigger picture is the most time not clear to me and I need additional months to see them. I hope you like my journey. Posts like this are helping me to keep going on.

I want to share my ideas of trading levels.

My counting (H1, XPTUSD):

Look at the volume which becomes lower while creating a new high. Sign of exhaustion.
Another nice thing to see are the "random" wicks at the bottom of the trend. That's how to trigger the sl of every open trade.

My entry (T500):

A simple M above the consolidation, a high spread and lower volume (look at h1).

How do I manage this trade?

I would wait for three pushes and after each push place the mental sl at the last push.

Hello,

I've studied the past days the different cycles to become a better understanding of levels and the bigger picture. I will show you my mistakes and my achievements to reflect myself and helping others.

Like always, I'm not 100% sure that I'm right.

First of all, my basic understandig:

There a different cycles to watch. If you want to trade levels, you must be sure we're you are in the cycle. I use the d1, h1 and m15-Timeframe. D1 and h1 for orientation and m15 for entering and watching the 3 day cycle.

The biggest problem I had was to understand where I should enter, and how could I see it. Cause counting levels is not always easy and some pairs are very hard to read.

Here is my first tip, which helped me.

Enter at the top or bottom of a stop hunt.
Sounds easy, but how do I know that a sh is a sh? I'm til now not 100 % sure, but I found a picture which I found pretty often and gives me a nice hint. Here it is:

In short, a fast move killing longs and shorts.

The next step is to understand if this move happens after the second level.
If this is the case we wait to create level 3 above (go short) or below(go long) the sh and entering after the asia range in the HOD/LOD on the second leg of the M or following an abc-pattern.

If we are entering correctly we are in a fast retrace with 3 pushes(!). Than a new cycle will establish, in confluence with the bigger cycle.

You've seen my nice example above, now look at this disaster. Learn from my mistake!

Some quick tips:

-You can determine the tp of a retrace or a new cycle if there is an lead in line above or below (big barfs)
-Between the PL/PH and level 1 there is a little stop hunt
-Look at the market behaviour on the d1 timeframe

you're on the right track it's all do to with levels, my advice look at other timeframes to see what cycle their in. not posted for years. but here's a nice one.

Hi Nick yes you're right about the levels on this one.

So over the years of doing this my word of advice is don't try and do a full cycle in the trade, as the Fox always needs to retrace to get more money or even take it higher before going the correct cylce.

That's why indicators, Fib's etc work sometimes they have to so they keep you in the game.
