Hi Steve. Sorry, this will be brief as it is on the iphone but it is the pyramiding of the stack i.e. Start with a high lot position and add to it in reducing sizes. The idea is that the majority of the position wont get taken out by retracements but rather by the later 50 % culls
If you rerun my backtest with and without it you will see the benefit

The pyramiding was something I learnt a long time ago reading Bird Watching in Tiger Country when manual trading but I'd never tried it in Bots til now and didn't realise how easy it was to code. The beauty of maths: but as a musician you don't need reminding.

Make sure your CriminalIsECN input is correct. Apart from this, try increasing your StopLossSpace input. The idea is to create some space between the hi/lo of the trigger candle and the stop loss. If the stop is too close to the market for the crim to allow it, then you get the error.

I most commonly receive this error when I forget about CriminalIsECN.

Right, Andy, your version has made an impressive start on my demo.

Ok, a couple of early losers, but since then the drawup has increased. At the mo, it is +2% of the account balance. Impressive, or what?

So, in your opinion is there any reason to not abandon my coding and adopt your version as the 'official' version here?

I do think we need to look at the entry criteria next. I have departed so far from the original concept in that what we are really trading now is a straight MA cross, qualified by the FB. The original concept was a reversal play - and we all have our favourites on that score.
But yes... happy to supply the early candidate.
