I donate 1% of everything I earn from Forex activities to them. OK, so not a lot for now, but it will be worth having when I am making $100,000 a month. NSPCC have come up with a brilliant idea. They have a app that we can download to our pc's/phones/tablets that will allow participating organisations to donate to NSPCC as we shop online. They alerted me to this via email a couple of weeks ago, so I signed up immediately. The organisation we are shopping with will donate a tiny percentage of the value of the shop to NSPCC. Not a clue what percentage of sales are donated: NSPCC made this clear in the initial email but I have lost it and nothing I can do can divine what this is via their website – NSPCC are useless in some respects. What I can say is that I did a bit of shopping with participating site Amazon UK last week and so far they have donated £1.38. It costs nothing to sign up. It costs nothing when paying the bill. We have control over the sites that donate via our purchases. Forex is a strange beast. The Yen soared after the earthquake disaster a few years ago. The Japanease Central Bank has been trying to dampen down its value ever since. Don't bet your house on the Euro tumbling this week. It might, but it equally well might not.
