I think it's going to be like that until the whole voting thing is done and everybody will realise that it was much ado about nothing: whether yes or no, the Brits always have done their own thing, nothing changes. If any turbulence, I expect it to be over by the end of the week. But I'm just as curious to see if I'm right or not ... Serge |

Go to page one posts 3 and 4. I teach correlation of the USD/CAD and AUD/JPY, NZD/JPY pairs. You could make a good living on those 3 pairs alone knowing what they will do to each other almost every month. |

A new correlation I just discovered and havent studied much yet is the Euro and NZD. This could become faluable in that EUR/NZD is a very volatile trading pair and if you ever can get direction on it very profitable and if you get it wrong nice loser. I show pics of both aud nzd with the euro and just the nzd and euro. I havent traded the EUR/AUD very often but maybe I will with this info. |

This is the Daily CSS for the week and its useless from last weeks action so i am not going to use the Daily chart CSS for the week. I will use the 4H because it will readjust quicker to last weeks action. When you have a super news story that skews your indicators you need to go to lower charts because they will recover a quicker. It will take all week for the Daily indi to adjust to the new levels of action. |

OK This is the 4H and it tells us this story. JPY is on top and will strengthen until the Bank of Japan steps in. They are threatening to do so and when they do there is no warning. They will not tolerate a constant strengthening of the YEN so play it strong but BEWARE BOJ can and will interfere at any time. AUD & NZD will go back to being correlated with JPY so look for them to weaken until BOJ interference. USD went strong which is not surprising. USD goes strong during any major crisis or any major change of market. Also if you look at eur/usd weekly charts its at a weekly support and broke it so it bounced back up to the support now resistance and expect to bounce off and continue down. Same with GBP/USD which is well past support now. I'd expect it to test the old support now new resistance and continue a downward direction. So if you get a good entrance EUR/USD and GBP/USD could be long term sell trades. See how the market reacts this week. CAD will weaken as USD goes strong so USD/CAD should provide some solid sell trades for awhile. This is probably the safest trade of the week with the least amount of central bank interference. I forgot to mark it but its angling down between the EUR and the CHF. EUR & GBP the exit will put downward pressure on both long term but beware of the rallies. The Bank of England has over 240 Billion Pounds (+350 billion USD dollars) set aside to bolster the Pound. These interventions can happen at any time so you can be surprised at any moment. CHF is a I dont know. It may go back to being EUR cousin, it may not. I have no idea. If it separates and goes its own way GBP/CHF sell long term will be a great trade. When GBP/CHF trends strong it does it for a long time. I know cause I have tried counter trading it many times and losing lots of money doing it. So this will be a market settling week with strong possibilities of BOJ and BOE interference. Recommendations for the week: Sell USD/CAD, SELL aud and nzd with USD. BUY USD against EUR, CHF, and GBP currencies. BUY JPY knowing BOJ can interfere. Sell GBP with BOE interference warnings. |
