The reality is Gary that the market is a bit of a mess right now imo (last week or so) - retracements going on but not that clean & a lot of indecision. I think it is pretty hard to make returns on anything that has trends at its core at the moment. My manual trading relies on trending and I am just getting bored watching and waiting for some direction to appear....and making the odd impatient mistake on the way  |

Most of the failed trades were range-trade entries. In theory they should do well in ranging markets. It looked like quite a few entries managed to pick almost the high or low tick in a move. BTW I removed v1.0.1 and started v.1.0.2 OOTB and ... nothing. It displays the headers but no data lines. I'm pretty sure I ran v1.0.1 OOTB too. |

I agree in theory but it seems to me like there is a lot of indecision at the moment- so not trend in one direction, then pullback, then continue but each pullback seems to be very indecisive. This supports your experience with it picking the highs/lows as the NB range trading still needs some sustained move rather than what we are seeing now. I could be wrong of course and it could have nothing to do with it but that's certainly what I have been seeing from a manual perspective.  |

Hi, Loaded 1.2 early this morning but display says D1 trend "ranging" and D1 slope "0" and D1 angle "unchanged" for all the pairs? What have I done wrong? |

You probably don't have enough history (data). There are a couple of scripts about I will see if I can find where they are and update here. I have 1.2 loaded and it seems to be happily trading...not profitably yet...but trading.  I don't seem to have any errors or problems. Anyone else have similar pairs trading? |

Duh. Nevermind -- I had disabled EAs with the "Expert Advisors" button. It fooled me when it printed the header -- I thought it must be running so I never thought to check the button.  |

I have all those plus GBPUSD BUY opened at 4am GMT (if my time zone calcs are correct). Currently down around 65 pips total. |
