I use a indicator called QuickFib which I have attached below, it atomatically draw lines from the highest and lowest peaks so you dont have to!, all you have to do is see where the price is nearest to (is it nearer to the top line or bottom?) and then just follow each retracement and make your trades.

Ignore the Fib lines, for this purpose we are only using the automatically drawn peak lines (although if someone could edit the indicator and remove the fibs it would be fantastic!).

Please be aware that if the lines get broken they will move accordingly to the new low or high they will not stay there as old lines and be broken!.

I hope this is of use to a few people and i hope to learn more too.

I also want to leave a little message to the people getting confused, attached below is an image of what i consider the whole "system" in a simple few lines. Read it, re-read it. Make it your desktop background, print it out and stick it on your wall, it is this damn simple!
