niepce, could you post your .set file for your MPTM basket setting please?
Also, if anyone else is using MPTM or MPTM_Gloabl, could you possibly post your .set file please?

Hi all,

this is an important bugfix of our last official version, please use this version, it should be now nearly identical as the windev version that phil_trade uses.

8/10/2013 0.40a milanese
-Bugfix in MoveSLOnFractal now it works as intended it is for long trades works best if UseTakeProfitOn3MACD is set false and too UseRSI_W1_ToCloseTrade is set to false (all to experiment with what is best setting for you)

Hi Grat,

this is right we wan't close in an spread spike ;) , esp. if there is a news event or simply the rollover, and this is in all versions as it makes sense, not changed.

We seem to have a new and more accurate robot in our hands. Tommaso would you be kind enough to let us know of your current settings. I am getting confused with all the new changes.

Hi Matt,

I raccomand try the actual version OOTB on demo for the raccomand pairs, for XAU I raccomand a SL_Max=2500 (and half lotsize),DeltaPipsFromSRZoneToTakeTrade=2500,DistanceInterTrade=100,
DeltaPipsMoveSLOnStoch=1000
and AdvertisedSpread=7.0(because it is with most brokres different calculated)
- for AUDJPY is racommanded to set UseCloseFriday=1

that should work ;)

Hi Zypip,

it is meant for this function, if you have activated UseTakeProfitOn3MACD and UseRSI_W1_ToCloseTrade, normally in actual market situation, you will not see MoveSLOnFractal moving the SL, as the position will be closed earlier by one of these...
In strong trendy markes it is sure to raccomand to do so, in markets like we have at the moment the OOTB is raccomanded. Try to play on forwarding demo to check out different settings, backtesting with Empty4 is always not very confident in my opinion.
