Peeps,
Currently are my Trades are sell trades JPY pairs, I have a reason for this and I will share that Reason Later in the Week, it also has a lot of Bearing on something I read in 10.4, although I know the JPY is Stronger on the Dashboard against all the Currencies I am currently trading and Maybe I should have Balanced the Trades with a few Long Trades but let's wait and see what Happens MID week towards the End of the Week.

I am also short all the Jpy pairs except the UsdJpy which seems justified 10.4

I feel for you. Done that too many times. Always be aware of the news announcements for the day. I've definitely learnt that the hard way! If you were aware of the news announcement at 09:30 that morning (4 minutes after you closed your trade I guess), you may well have left your trade open. As it happens, it was the cataylst that GBP needed to weaken further...

News, always be aware of it, even if you then ignore it...

I suppose if the yen weakens from here, those pending orders for GBPJPY and CADJPY shorts will not be triggered.

I am taking a punt with longs on GBPJPY and CADJPY (M15 to D1 charts all up).
Not trying to be picky, but he is just a candidate...he is not the governor yet.

It is worth saying though, with all these long yen positions lining up with 10.4, it is just a pause so one needs to be careful. Yen will weaken very soon as all candidates are saying the want/intend to weaken the Yen.

The first BOJ meeting after the new governor is April 3rd, but there is still one more meeting with the current governor later this week. So there could be some more yen vol soon...

I have just set up a pending Buy/Long for GBPUSD, it might Trigger pretty soon, now I am going to start Adding a few Long Pendings to balance these trades up.

You are placing buy stops for cable? Really?

These are not 10.4 trades are they?

Those yen trades are working out nicely. As I said, they seemed to qualify as a 10.4 setup, though it was my version of an entry since the RSI(2) was moving down (after being high) for all of the pairs.

Are there people interested in making sub-threads per pair under the 10.4 forum?

So if you spot a set-up for say EURUSD, one goes to the EURUSD thread and can read wat was recently posted there?

It might save a lot of looking through posts to find the latest posting for that particulair pair.
