Here is a gem.

I have noticed this and beginning to use it in my trading. When you see the V back into the trend it almost always means the previous high/low is going to be broken. If my trade is the wrong way get out and if it is the right way play for the break.

In range trading it is not accurate but once price breaks above/below the 60/240 and makes a point anywhere in the STO7 it almost always means it will go higher. Some of the moves are big some are small but it is a good sign to stay in and ride it above the previous high.

Closed all the trades and reset for a continuation if it happens.
Look for the V back into the trend on the STO7. It is a gem of a catch for more. I need to study this phenomenom more but it looks really good that price is going higher. Often on the V pattern the STO7 line has hit 0/100 before the move happens and I am reluctant to enter it but it give you a good warning that price may really move or at least break the previous high/low.

If this signal is consistant enough it answers the age old question. When do I let my winners ride? This may answer it. When see the V I let em ride or reenter again.

the thing is.. this is an excellent system. you just have to mold it to fit your schedule and your account size, as well as your style of trading. Patience and discipline are two major factors as well. I'll just keep dumping in money until i get it right. maybe some day when i'm old and grey i'll start making money like bob

I noticed that also Bob, been trading those V shape for a few months and are also very good the ones that are around 40/60.

On the other hand I noticed that STO7 tend to stay longer on the opposite side. ie. if UT the V shape is in the bottom and stay longer on the top 80-100, very curious.

If you are blowing accounts using bob's teachings you are doing something seriously wrong. I only took a 1.5% account hit on about a 2.5% account gain for January (my first month with 10.6). Not really a big deal in the long run.

i trade exactly how they say to trade with this.. i'm not doing anything wrong, i'm trading exactly how bob explained it

I also notice them in the 1.2.3 reversal pattern but I havnt studied it enough to know for sure. It also could possibly be a good warning that this trade is not good for you if you are on the opposite side of the V.

I am not sure how people took losses this week, I follow this system to a T, but only trade trend, as im not ready to learn CT.
I trade risking 8 cents per 1,000 and this week (even with making a STUPID mistake of trading monday) I have booked 1500 pips for almost 9% ROI...

157 trades...
Here is what works for me. and take into account that I am in the EST (GMT-5)

I load up my trades before I go to bed ( around 11pm) and then I check on them around 4am when my puppy begs to be let out to help me melt the froze ice that is my back yard.
At this point I close some trades, and if I like the trend I reset them to the next XXX, or most likely for a bounce trade...
I check in again at 8am... and do the same...
and then again around 1pm...

this all takes about 10 minutes per except for the first time as loading requires to read the CSS and the economic calender to see what is coming out the pipe...

Losses happen, my winning % is 61%... but avg win is bigger then avg loss by almost 8 pips.. that adds up.

AGAIN, major thanks to NanningBob for this wonderful system.. and if I can give one hint, its something I read this week while re-reading the way of the turtle.... check your ego at the door, and trade by the rules... ur not a superstar ( well except for NanningBob, just follow the rules.

Happy Pips to all

No need to learn anything else. Nanningbob had to give back some of his profits to control my DD this week but still up. CAD caught me with my pants down. But mostly cleared up. Will be looking for V trades this next week and see how I do. :)
