Look forexdan's MFXB link posted here in this thread some times (see posts above). During the whole year (!) this test was running with periods in which a considerable part of the wins have been lost. These periods have been lasting for 2-3 months ... you have to be very confident and patient all that time ! :hi: |

Yes, you are right, it has some periods when it is not performing great but overall I think it is good system. |

not to forget the setting with 0.1 lot for the base postion and 0.3 for the stacking is for a 5000USD account very high, so his drawdown is for those lotsizes not so high as it seems at the first view, I would for 5000 USD recommend 0.01 and 0.03 Cheers  Tommaso |

Hi Tommaso, If it is not advisable to switch between timeframes how should I attach my Moving Averages on the chart? The way I set up my charts is to attach 34 MA on 4H, 21 on 1D and 55 on 1W and then switching between them to see where the price is in relation to MA ( above or below) Shall we attach all 3 MA's on one chart? If so, how can we do it? I tried to attach MTF indicator ( MTF MA ) from post 5 (fxdaytrader) but it is not working on my chart. I managed to attach tpl file from the same post and it is showing 126 and 1650 MA's which I assume represents 21 from Dailies and 55 from Monthly charts. |

if you want to switch between 3 chart timeframes then I recommend install 2 separate terminals. One install all EA with master password (This is trading terminal). Other terminal logins with investor password(This terminal to monitor the trades). Doing this way is a good solution to monitor trades and learning how EA operate according to the rule set. there is no need to attach anything on the chart, the info window shows you the values of the three MA's... If you want to see the MA's just use please an other chart for this .... This is an EA it has all embeded it needs to run and should run without your interventions... Cheers Tommaso |
