Great job. I like the looks of this. It has to be the most colorful cool screen I have ever seen but not only that it makes trading very visual and easy to understand. |

Thanks Bob, A complement from you means a lot to me. Thanks for 10.7-10 ... When I first saw a rudimentary version of the ribbon in 2010 on the one minute it never left the back of my mind. John Edwards referred to getting the idea from radatat on TSD. I do not think he knew how to do it on other time periods. I went back to Rads 2007 thread and bells started ringing. So that is how he did it. Rad was just using T3ma's and no ribbons but he was using number nine math theory. It was all in the visualization settings. Ingenious really. Than I started to build them and was amazed to see them come to life on bigger time periods like they had been on the 1 minute. Now though they had room to breath. Sounds like you had a nice little break, Well deserved too. Cheers Doug |

Honestly I have spent so much time finishing the system I have not had a chance to trade it this week. This next week should be different though and there will be a thread starting in Bobs section called Trading 10.7 15m and down. I had a medication reaction that I am getting over so I have had to get a little extra rest this week but doing fine now. From here on out trading will be the emphasis of my post here and in the 10.7 thread. Later a whole rewrite of the docs. For right now I need hands on. There is enough on this thread and Bobs 10.7 to get people up and running plus the videos. I will be doing short videos from time to time about trades I have taken. Adding Bobs 10.7-10.10 means that one can trade any time period up and including the Daily with the systen. I will be setting up a separated instance of Empty4 for the Daily trading on my server. I am building a special scalping template that includes just the 15 minute and down which means I might put the minute on to for kicks. There looks like there is a problem with the Demark indicator but I do not see it always happening so I got to look at that more closely. It might be my system complexity affecting it. But occasionally lines are drawn incorrectly and sometimes do not appear at all. So I need to see if something in the system is causing this or whether there is a bug. The template is so very complex it is difficult to tell till I build this new template this weekend. So yes I will be highlighting what I see and posting it here more and more. I realized after posting them I had left the Demark trend lines turn on for the Daily. They are not needed fo the Daily so just turn them off for that time period in the visualization settings. I will correct it in the next update of templates. Happy Trading Doug |

I put this in post one also but just to catch your attention. Trade simulator EA ... There is a newer analytic site. It is MT4i.com. If you register there you will be able to down load a very very nice trade simulator EA for strategy tester absolutely free. I recommend the beta 2 version that is for Empty4 600 plus. I have no business connection with this site. It appears that they have widgets and other free tool also. I have been using it this weekend and it is sweet. Makes practicing very nice. I can not distribute it. That is illegal per their copy right. All you have to do though is register with them to get it for personnel use. You do not have to connect to their analytic's at first to use it. The trade simulator can be connected to the analytic's at the site for analysis of your practice. Plus your live trading also. You will want two accounts for both if you decide on the that. Happy Trading Doug |

I have two instances of Empty4 running. One will be for the trading of 15 min and below. The other for 60-240. So I will continue to put trades In this thread for the larger time periods. Hi Doug, thanks for the Gann 10.7 system and especially the Videos, its the best way to show someone around a system. If you get time it would be great to see a video of a taking a live trade or two. I've been using the Gann charts on 4Hr to see how it all works. I believe that being close to volume is essential so I thank you for the volume indi, its a great tool. Rob |
