Thank you for so many profitable analysis.
Looks like CAD tend to be depreciated when CAD chairman speaks. Japan's CPI is also up, how much space will JPY weaken? Really hard to understand why Q1 GDP of US is so bad. Bad weather makes sense?US CPI also up, what signal in the future will USD open up trend?

Bob, would you like to tell what version of your system you are using to look for the entry to trade these estimated forex.e.g, NB 10.5,10.7,etc? and time frame(H1?)?Thanks a lot.

AUD remained somewhat flat all week with the aud/cad dropping at the end. Picked some buy pips but not a lot.

NZD was solid but not spectacular. Picked up some pips on almost every nzd cross pair. nzd/usd was the best trade. NZD took over the top spot but nothing earth shattering.

GBP every pair had a least one decent buy winner but nothing to get real excited about. Picked up some pips here also.

USD weaikened more than expected but if you played it you did well with some trades.
CAD had an end of the week news buy which I missed most of except I did well on eur/cad and gbp/cad.

EUR weakness did well but did better playing JPY weakness.

So not a spectacular week but solid. Now next week.

End of the month so I am expecting:

NZD run seems to have run its course. Possibly some retracements but dont expect strong moves. Probably wont look for sells but see if a buy or two is still in it.

AUD moving down strongly on the chart but volatility is not strong

GBP will look for buys this week along with the CAD. CAD economy is showing some long term strength so willing to ride it after a big drop early in the year.

USD weaker than expected so will look for more USD weakness along with eur and chf. EUR 1.35 line was defended quite well and I dont see it going below that for the foreseeable future. Get the feeling it wants to go bang but not being allowed to.

JPY weakness was weak this week except the gbp/jpy. So not expecting anything big at the moment.

It seems to be grind it out time in the Forex world with getting 20-50 pips here and there the norm with an occasional news story pushing it to the 60-90 pip range. See your profits, grab them because a ranging summer seems to be in the cards.

Finally got back from a week with my son, his wife and grandson in Nanjing and Hang Zhou. WOW you ought to go to Hang Zhou. That has got to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Great food also. Spent the night in an environmental friendly hotel tuck in a wetlands preserve. Nothing like it, birds singing, crickets chirping and if you didnt know where to look the hotel was hard to find. Had a great time. Got to watch the USA advance in the World Cup. Anyway back to trading.

Didnt do much trading last week. Took some NZD buys, gbp/cad sells, gbp/nzd sells and handful of euro sells and still increased my account by 1.5%. Nothing earth shattering but steady. By Wed. had pretty much quit trading as we went to Hang Zhou.

AUD definitely going down and you can see the NZD following. Closed out my NZD and AUD buys. If aud and nzd go down then JPY will strengthen. Closing out my JPY sell positions and was a fair month with those.

Looks like the CAD will overtake the #1 spot. JPY will probably go up and possibly the eur DT run maybe over for now. Looks like reversal time maybe on us. Will see if eur/usd goes back down to near the 1.35 line one more time this week. Eur strengthen and USD maybe turning so will stay with that line of thinking at least early in the week.

GBP as predicted is heading back to the middle. Definitely have been taking advantage of the gbp/cad buys and was probably my best trades for the week along with the gbp/nzd sells.

Thought the EURO was going to go down this summer but the 1.35 line was defended again this week so that seems to be it at this point. USD ran down despite the FED continue to decrease QE3. The prognosticators said USD up as the USA wound down the program but I trust the CSS more than them anyway. Its July and August, I dont expect any big runs. AUD and NZD wont go down far, BOJ is waiting until fall to increase their Emperor K program, GBP headed back to center, USD probably will range.

I expect range trading unless a big news story comes out so will most likely sell at top of TMA and buy at the bottom unless some news story blows it out of the range. Good luck.

CAD up, AUD down
NZD, GBP back down to center.
USD, EURO, CHF, JPY back up to center

Hiya Bob, Thanks for your generous effort in sharing this awesome strategy. Consider me a complete newbie to trading. Although I have taken a lot more time than I should have in reading most of the post concerned with 10.7 (Indicators + Css). I would say that my trading has really taken a U-Turn towards positive. I did have a few questions though. Forgive me if this happens to be the wrong place to ask them.

1. First always verify the pairs according to CSS. I use the daily charts and I was wondering if the right way for me was to pair the strongest pair and the weakest pair in the currency strength list and then look at there respective slopes (strong/strong but getting weak/weak/weak but strong).

2.Secondly is the trade going to be taken on the close of daily candle?

3. Similarly for H4 candle even if we get an alert should we wait for the close of the candle.

Thanks for everything I am sure I will be posting here more often as I get a hang of this strategy.

I am trying to keep it very simple and trading in very similar fashion to Nidolap, although I will take recovery trades if necessary...since 1st January I have more than doubled my live account with an average increase of 15% per month (my goal is 10%) to the end of June.

IMHO, CSS is the singularly most required indicator in a retail traders arsenal.

I generally trade at the following times:
Never trade before London open on a Monday
Check for trading opportunities as soon as I get home from work - usually about an hour after London open (this takes about 15 - 30 mins by the time I check each chart and make any trading decisions.
Check charts again about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs later - just before US open. (Another 15-30 mins)
Then off to bed
Check trades 1st thing in the morning around Sydney open, but very rarely take a trade. Usually I will adjust TP or close the trade, delete pendings that were missed or no longer valid. Again 15-30 mins

I have attached a myfxbook widget for a Demo account I set up on 7th June that takes all it's trades from signals off my live account.
