It's just the market settling after a once in a lifetime news story. Has nothing to do with criminals. Markets always settle or take a breath before moving on. |

Ok while the daily is still recovering finding some movement on th 4H CSS. Two days of getting range bars may start to be ending. AUD & NZD crossing up into trend. CHF & JPY crossing down in trend. So looking at AUD/CHF, NZD/CHF, AUD/JPY, NZD/JPY BUYS.. HAPPY TRADING. |

OK here is daily CSS and its still a mess so skip it. It may take another week or two to recover. When ever you have super moves the higher TF indis are screwed until market conditions return to normal for a several weeks. So onto the next frame. |

The 4H is showing what is happening for now. After some big moves the market went range and I made some pips on the Asian pairs. In fact over 2/3 of my trades were AUD, JPY, or NZD pairs. Half of my pips were made in the first 24 hours so after that nice run it was fight to keep my profit on the ranging market. The only pairs I made more than 50 pips on were the gbp/jpy and eur/jpy. The rest were short profits of 20-40 pips. I kept trying to give back pips every time I won them so that was frustrating. Still most traders would be happy with 325 pips for the week. I am set up with my VPS and can now trade 24/5. It sends me HGI signals and then I use my cell phone to enter and manage trades. Since it was a ranging market I only traded session by session and didnt try to hold onto any trades long term. So that was last weeks summary. Soon as I am comfortable with trading on the VPS and cell phone I will put more serious money into the pot and do more serious trading. Trades Total: 35 Trades Won: 24 Trades Lost: 11 Trades Even: 0 Max Profit: 73 pips Max Loss: -102 pips Avg Profit: 28 pips Avg Loss: -33 pips Total pips: 325.7 |

Next week CSS reads. Will again use the 4H chart. First week of the month so NFP on Friday. My expectations will be a range week with NFP setting the stage for the month. However, while saying that we some separation on the chart. 1. AUD, NZD, CAD swinging up just above the trend line. So trending there but its weak. 2. GBP, USD just below the downtrend line but USD is level with the GBP showing weakness again after some recovery from last weeks drop. 3. EUR, CHF, JPY in the middle with the EUR maybe heading into a down trend. Where to look this week. AUD, NZD, CAD buys against the GBP and EUR looks good. USD maybe but be wary that it may strengthen if the EURO goes weak. CHF and JPY heading up and later in the week maybe stronger. EUR and JPY just crossed so sell the eur/jpy. That maybe a good trade this week. Happy PIPS. |

Hi Bob, Not sure if you are aware but we (Australia) had a federal election over the weekend. Votes will be tallied by Wednesday or possibly as late as Friday. So the Australian dollar may be a bit unpredictable throughout the week as results are released for different seats. Also, it's a rather close race and will likely result in a hung parliment. If so, in sticking to recent Australian political history, who ever gets elected will possibly be pushed out the door by their colleagues in the next 12 months or so. Cheers, BobbyT |

Wish we could do that. Our Congress is taking 7 weeks off this summer, it's an election year, and may register the fewest days worked of any modern Congress since WW1. Even though the Republicans control both houses of Congress they haven't even started on a budget that was due April 1. I'd like to fire the whole lot of them and have only people registered as Independents (now 51% of all registered voters) allowed to vote for them. Anyway forgot to mention Monday is a USA holiday. |
