weekly report 06 23-27 - 06 - 2025
ADX this week is a bit bouncy. Going all the way up to 2k (we started this test from 1k), it had a few DDs throughout the week but on friday landed very hardly above 2k. Several integration was involved this week as I kind of get to know the pattern from looking at ADX and ATR indexs, having a bit sense of when within daily timeframe the trend will go rocket high or drop valley low.
To wrap up this month of experiment, I would say the way goldy trade is relatively secure to me (on demo account), as keeping up the save and navigating through the mess of sideway markets are promising in such a high volitile market. Kept saving up the profit earned and kept building up the pool can make life so much easier for people like me who only trade as side quests. This increases the security in mind and I can distribute sufficient energy to checkout the consequences and goldy behaviour, manually control the spikes of market goldy cannot deal with.
My mindset has also changed throughout this month. I was in fear or think I am fear of seeing a loosing account (even a demo one!). The blood pressure that raises so rapidly I can even feel my veins pumping. Get to know the way goldy trade help to ease out this feeling, as I trade more with goldy I know the threshold where goldy might not resolve more and risk boundary I can let it fly. I would say it is a 10% loss with 2.5% floating, if thing goes even more crazy than that you might want to shutdown goldy and call it a day. I did not have any indicator or EA function for this, just eyeballing the result and give myself the feel of shuting or not. I guess building up a pattern of seeing the market is also part of the trading process.
Anyways shout out to Steve and all others for making goldy possible, I might kept posting the result of ADX goldy demo account, but I might not have such lot of thoughts until some magical moments.
