Hallo Bob, first let me take the chance to thank you and the hole team for sharing this wonderfull trading system / indicator. I don't take it for granted and will definitely contribute to http://www.compassion.com/ as soon as I start making money with a real account! Concerning begus question about pending orders: For me it depends where I see S/R and where the price currently is. Buy low sell high. If the price is right below a trend line that I pay respect to, then I don't take the signal immediately. But waiting for the H4 to close is a bit too much. For example some pictures from GBPCAD trades I took yesterday but skipped today: I go down to H1 and wait for a candle to close above the trendline or horizontal S/R and place a pending order above it or when on keyboard by market order. When there are HGI signals in H1 as well I take the signals with more confidence (like the first trade on the picture). If I get a signal far enough away from the next S/R level I trade the H4 HGI signal right away. If the signal works I swing, go for a reward to risk ratio >2:1. If the signal fails I can get out with a small profit, at BE or with a small loss. So in conclusion, in my eyes taking the H4 signal right now or placing a pending order depends on Buy low sell high and associated with that what kind of reward to risk ratio I have (especially for the case that the trade doesn't go in my favour). I want any kind of S/R to be broken like horizontal S/R, trend lines or MA; see some tails on the right place etc. I started with trading price action and still pay attention to it when using indicators. Kind regards |

Hi Tommaso, This afternoon a trendarrow showed on 2 D1 charts, AUDJPY and NZDJPY. The arrows positioned themselves above yesterday's bar, confirming the blue wavies that were in place already (and caused me to go short). Now the arrow's printed above yesterday's bar, there was no 'alert'. Not on screen, no email, nothing. Is this the way it's set up? Can this be changed? Thanks, Gertjan EDIT: the Matrix didn't signal these either, as they're on bar -1. |

I left the office @16:30 and they weren't there, once home @ 18:00 they were there. Charts left open on VPS meanwhile. |

it is possible that the last closed bar can be repaintted if conditions change much, the only ones that can repaint are the open and the last closed bar, if you don't refresh the chart Cheers Tommaso |

Okay, is it possible to get an alert when there comes an arrow or wave on the last closed bar? There might have been a range arrow, don't remember. |

this would give you a lot of double alerts, that is why it gives only on the open candle alerts.. Cheers Tommaso |
