As for Eliott Waves, be careful Silweri. It's one of those theories that's been out there for so long that it's more likely to be used against us.
Thanks for the warning.

I'm thinking this

Yes because as CJ said, everything referring this bloody 3 days cycle. If you do not believe me check my screenshot with quote from CJ.

And now a puzzle - if foxes are most active during the 1st and 3rd legs ...how to explain what happened on EUR/GBP pair where the 2nd leg looks like there shall be active fox.

The more I read it then I find more and more pointless things. Nothing fits, everything is contradictory. Theory is really beauty and clear but in practice all this stuff DOES NOT WORK.

Oh, and now these levels marked by me are fine because the same levels marked Sympathy. So why this pattern shows that the fox has been active not on 1st or 3rd push but on the 2nd ?
Hi Tom!

I know that it is much much easier to look for the reasons outside myself. I know that it is much much easier to blame anything and anybody but myself. I know it because of my life.

I think what CJ showed us is incredible and I decided to learn and to adopt it.

I suggest you to decide.

If you think all these things are shit then move away, remain in silence and find your way.

If you think it is worth learnig then put a lot of hours reading the charts and read the whole thread from the beginning. Personally I'm reading page 180, so I have much to read.

Regards

Peter

EURCAD could be reversing soon...

Why are you taking a buy at the top of the cycle? Why are you not paying attention to the "RRT's and pin directions? Why are you not looking for and trading only from the "M" and "W"'s that indicate the 3rd levels? Why are you not looking at the time periods above and below the time period you are trading?? Why are these trades still open when price has moved far away from you?? WHY? WHY? WHY? I can go on and on but all this stuff has been covered, as well as much more, in this thread and these are the details you fail to see. You fail to see it because to you, you believe price moves up for 3 days and then down for 3 days.... these are your beliefs, not my teachings.

This is why these methods don't work for you. Until you can read a chart correctly, you should stop trading or spend your money on something before you lose it. The FOX loves traders like you....

Glad to see you again CJ

Please be informed that I do not criticize you but I only try to say that in your method you often give us a contradictory information and it causes a real headache. This thread is really interesting and that's why it hurts me a little that is so confused because I really want to understand this method.

AUD/USD - ok, it is my mistake. You posted a chart and you draw the 1st level of downtrend. Ok, I understand. But in this case why you wrote that there are 3-5 days increase or decrease in price on M15 chart ? Look at AUD/USD there was no 3-5 days increase in price but only 2 days which started on 9th December and ended on 10th December before the price went down again.

Or, how do you count days on M15 ? Do you mean that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are 3 days ? Or you want to tell that these 3 days it is just Monday but the Asian session is the 1st day, London session is a 2nd day, and NY session is the 3rd day ? So far I thought that these 3 days are for example Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but I know that depends from the day where is located the peak high or low.

So the question is, if we trade on M15 chart then every day of the week we should count as these three days because every day of week includes Asian, London and NY sessions (so that's why the three days) or you just mean that these three days are Friday, Monday and Tuesday ? Of course we are talking now only about trading in a short term on M15 chart.

I would be grateful for your help.

Nice count, now watch how the fox develops the weekly cycle: monday - 1 more leg up, i think higher than your peak marked as lV to activate pendings buys and stops, sweet area for the foxx, then three pushes down in three or two days, and reversal to the top again by wednesday Ny or thursday, that's how it may be imo.

Dont count levels on m15 unless u understand how the fox moves the market, use h1, put period separator to count levels easier. Sometimes two levels in a day may happen but more common practice is one day=one level

Ok, what in case when I see 1st level of uptrend on, for example, H1 chart, but on the Daily chart I see downtrend ? In some CJ posts I read that we should not to trade against main tread, however in his another posts I read that this method works also against the main trend...

EDIT: That's why I made this mistake on AUD/USD because I was convinced that I will get at least a one more level higher than this one which I found on H1 chart. Because I know from my own experience that we can have downtrend on Daily chart but at the same time we can have uptrend on H1 chart. It is obvious for me.

Tom,

I would first like to say be patient with this method as I was once in your shoes and feeling much the same way you do now. It took me about 6 months to fully understand the scope of this method but once you do understand it, man is it powerful. My suggestion is that you stick with it and just keep reading the PDF and thread and the more you read, the more you will pick up from it. Don't just read actually try to find examples on the charts as well when you see something that CJ is teaching. Try to find multiple examples and take screenshots of them so you can refer back to them next time you see the same move bc patterns do repeat and they actually repeat quite often.

The retrace of the higher timeframes will make the levels on the lower timeframes. This is why the levels can be opposite. CJ, Sympathy, and others here have all taken trades against the main trend that are scalps but CJ warns not to do this until you thoroughly understand the method and can count the levels with ease. The reason he says to trade with the main trend of the higher timeframe is because these will generally be the more powerful and longer moves that last, hence you will be able to stack trades and lay them on one after another when you trade with the main trend.

Just stick with it and keep learning Tom you will get there. Don't get frustrated it takes time. Also remember not to marry your trades and don't be afraid to close if the trade settup or scenario changes.

God bless all,
Rambo

Also Tom,

look for the accumulation/extension/stophunt M pattern. When the levels do become clearer, this will be what allows you to get optimal entry into a trade with minimal draw down. There are several parts to this method and it helps if you are well versed in all of them. I am not perfect. I still make many mistakes and ask questions but I am very profitable as well bc I have learned from my mistakes. I think that is one of the keys. I don't mean to criticize you at all and I hope you don't take my posts in that fashion I am just trying to help as I was once in your position. It also appears that you are looking for clear cut rules rules when there are none. This method requires you to think and think as the fox does and what he is doing. As CJ has mentioned in the past this method is subjective and if it wasn't than it would just be any old lagging indicator.

I wish you nothing but the best Tom,

Tom, i would suggest u watching steve mauro's vids. Ive watched like five hours and found it pretty useful, sometimes he says exactly the same CJ wrote about. But also found some mistakes: he says price can't go in one direction for three sessions (that's rare but happens) and price can't go in one direction for three days (that's total crap, it happens over and there). At least you will learn the basics from him.
