Yeah it looks like SH but how is the context? describe it here if you like to. I consider myself a noob, so don't give to much on my 2 cents. But describing what I see helps me to improve, so I mark my charts ^^ (most of the time just for myself). First I II III, we have a spike late in trend from II to III (peak high) followed by a sell off and a trading range. Market breaks TL and forms a Level I Two more Levels form. Level III (on the right) becomes a huge TR There is a wedge forming (H1, H2 and H3) H3 pins into bottom of the TR (which is also today's and yesterday's low) If you missed that entry you could enter on the on the following inside bars with a SL under the inside bars or the pin. Don't think of this thread as a trading system but as a tool kit from which you can form a trading system yourself. Here you will find different people with different price action approaches. PA is common ground, this is what the thread is about. See dudest for example who is using Fibo and other thinks he adapted a lot of things from Johnathon Fox from baby pips. I myself like to mix in things I got from Al Brooks books. For a good setup you need context (like being at level 3) and signals (like a pin forming a double top/bottom = W or M Also don't try to trade the M15 chart but H1. M15 is for fine-tuning the entries and exits and as beginner it's often easier to even stay on the H1. If you don't see something forming on H1 it's not there. You definitively don't want to enter in a noisy fast market action on M15 like sympathy did unless you got an idea what you are doing. You could trade the same signal with just a slightly worse RR on H1. |
